Egg Sandwich Recipe Ingredients 2 teaspoons cooking oil 2 eggs A little salt to taste A little black pepper to taste 4 slices sandwich bread 1 tbsp butter 2 slices cheese Instructions 1.heat the cooking oil on medium heat. 2.Once the cooking oil is hot, crack in 1 egg, crack the yolk, sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3.Cook the egg for about 1 minute.
