Why did we start KANOPINAY CONSTRUCTION | OUR 1ST HOUSE EXPOSED | The Armstrong Family

Questions arose from why did we start KanoPinay Construction and how it came about. After the Construction of our 1st home. The 2 bedroom bungalow. We decided there was alot of room for improvement. For anyone who flooded the build of our first home you seen firsthand the headaches we had with the build. The frustration of hiring a developer that was inadequately prepared to take on a Construction project. What we mean when we say this. They lacked the tools and knowledge to properly provide the quality that we were needing to complete our house. So at 50 percent complete we Removed the developer from the site and finished the construction on our own. It wasn't an easy task. They left behind alot of items we had to remove and redo such as the countertops and flooring. The whole process was disappointing to say the least. That's why we then decided to sell the house and use the money for 2nd home and start our own business. We seen the room for improvement in quality and in the use of materials and training in construction. Love to Smoke Meat!!
