Using @wiltoncakes red and blue gel colors, color 2/3 of your favorite cupcake batter and leave 1/3 white Add batter to piping bags and cut a small tip to add to your prepared cupcake tins Alternating colors, add cupcake batter to liners until about 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 350 F for 13 minutes. Let cool before piping your favorite buttercream.
