My new block of training explores the concept of adding more load into the isometric pushes. Doing this at home and being safe has its challenges. Today's video shows you one of my current exercise supersets and more importantly how a little ingenuity can ensure you continue to lift safely in any training environment. Although a simple idea, these wooden "saw horse" has been a saviour for both my Bench Press and Squatting.
