1/4 cup chopped Carrot
1/4 cup chopped French Beans
1/4 cup Green Peas (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup curd
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Biryani masala Powder
1/4 cup chopped Coriander leaves
1/4 cup Mint leaves
salt to taste
Rice preparation :-
Ingredients
1 cup Basmati Rice
4-5 cup water
3-4 Cloves
2 inch Cinnamon stick
3-4 Green Cardamom
1 Black Cardamom
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Mint leaves
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
3 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Gravy:-
3 tsp oil
4 tbsp Ghee
3-4 Cloves
2 inch Cinnamon stick
1 Star Anise
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp Cumin seeds
3-4 medium size finely chopped Onions.
1 small size finely chopped Tomato
1 tbsp Ginger + Garlic + Chilli paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Biryani masala
1/4 cup Paneer
Salt to taste
Fried Onions
Saffron water
