Recipe: 2 Front Trotters Ginger Garlic cloves (10 or more is fine) 1-2 Cinnamon Bark 1-2 Dried Chilli 2-3 Cloves (not too many) 1 Star Anise (not too many) A few Bay leaves 1 tbsp Sichuan Peppercorn Dried Ginger (a few pieces, optional) 3-5 tbsp dark soy sauce* 3 tbsp light soy sauce* 1 tbsp sea salt 1 tbsp white pepper 3-6 tbsp Shaoxing wine *depending on the sodium level of your sauce, you may not add too much or it will get too salty Check out my other video on braised egg and Braised pork belly with the leftover sauce from this recipe!
