What I eat in a day while lean bulking plus a little surprise! 🙈
I’ve listed all my macros and stats to give you guys a very realistic view of what lean bulking looks like for me.
EDIT Correction: In Meal 1 just use 3 large eggs instead of 2 to match macros and calories as displayed*
*it was calculated with 200grams of whole eggs: 28g protein (not 2eggs like in the video), 50g Cheese (17% fat): 14,5g protein, frozen spinach 100g: 1,6g protein, tomato 100g 0,6g protein. Total 44,7 grams protein.

@ashleygraham10114 years agoHow is this breakfast 45 grams of protein? Eggs are only about 7 grams of protein each. The cheese might net you another 10 grams. Most of the calories in this breakfast is coming from that orange juice. 1
