DVLA records 32% failure in theory; 19% traffic tests in Upper West region

The Upper West regional director of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Zume Thomas has disclosed that out of a total of 1,214 clients who took part in theory tests in the region, thirty-two percent of them failed.
