Flour 3 cups
Lukewram Water 1 cup
Salt 2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
For the Filling:
Onions 800 g
Minced Beef 250 g
Minced Lamb 250 g
Corriander Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Salt 2 tsp

Garlic 7 Cloves
Onion 2
Oil 1/3 cup
Tomato Sauce 1 cup
Corriander Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red Hot Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
Split Chickpeas 1 & 1/2 cup
