Ingredients:
4 Hatfield® Boneless Pork Chops
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp butter
2 shallots, minced
1 cup marsala wine
1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
1cup heavy cream
Directions:
Heat a medium sauté pan over medium high heat.
Brush chops with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then place in warm pan. Cook for 4 minutes, then turn over, and cook for 4 more minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, combine butter and shallots. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Whisk in wine and mustard. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until reduced by half.
Add cream, return to a simmer, and reduce for 4 minutes.
Return chops to pan and heat for 2-3 minutes, turning several times to coat with sauce.
Remove from pan and serve with your favorite side.
