A Hard or Soft Reflex Ball, A Foam Roller & Circle Resistance Band is what is required in this workout. Releases on the wrists and up and down the front and back lines of the Body will assist us getting into those Rotational moves. These Rotational movements will help improve Mobility in the lower back, and the hips. It will also strengthen the Core, those Oblique Muscles, and help reduce Risk of Injury.
