मासु भन्दा मिठो Chili Cauliflower चिल्ली:

½ kg cauliflower florets (cleaned)
Boil the Cauliflower until it is soft (don’t over cooked)
Transfer in a strainer
Let it be cool
Meanwhile prepare the batter
To prepare a batter
1 cup rice flour or you can also use maida or besan
½ cup corn flour or you can use only rice flour
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin and coriander powder
Salt as per the taste
½ tsp black pepper
Mix it well
Add around a cup of water
Now add half boiled cauliflower florets
Again, add 2 tbsp corn flour in order to get extra crispiness
You use rice flour as well
Heat oil to fry cauliflower
Fry till it turns golden brown in color
You can serve this as a pakoda
Now, let’s prepare chili cauliflower
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok
Next add sliced of ginger, garlic and green chilies
Now add cube shaped onion, red and green bell peppers
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chili sauce
Add salt as per the taste
Add fried cauliflower
Mix it well
Add a handful chopped spring onion
