This is definitely one of my favorite home workouts (workout in general if I had more weights) ever - all you need is one kettlebell or any heavy item (laundry detergent, gallon of water, backpack, etc.) My glutes were on fire and the pump was UNREAL! 500 reps of straight glute work was intense!
