Dum ki Machli
7 whole Pomfret (can use any fish)
1 tsp jeera
2 tbsp chopped garlic
one onion finely chopped
then fry until golden
paste made of three tomatoes
2 tbsp red kashmiri chilli powder
3 teaspoon jeera powder
2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
1 teaspoon haldi
add salt
2 tbsp coconut paste
now add all the fish
2 tablespoon lemon juice
lower flame
cover for 5 mins
10 chopped curry leaves
turn over the fish
cook for five more mins on low flame
