@gamerally47393 years agoI had a 23 year old cb who was 83 rated and has stopped growing. I added him to the loan list, I accepted a loan to real madrid and simmed a couple days, saved the game and recalled him and he was now 85 rated 54

@josephasreis2 years agoI did this back on FIFA 20 with Chris Richards in a Bayern II RTG, he went from being sporadic to crucial in no time, an insane +10 OVR upgrade reaching a juicy 88 OVR, sweet memories. (Specially the CM bugs, which honestly, didn't change that much to FIFA 22.) ...3

@MutikoZuritxu3 years agoI started with Sutton United and no extra funds so needed reinforcements and got the young midfielder Moller on a free. Loaned him out a few time to get him up to showing great potential. So far for me FIFA 22 better at loaning out players than FIFA 21. ...

@law92__2 years agoI bought Vitinha from Porto at the beginning of my CM, he was 70 OVR, I played 2 seasons with him and got him to 80 OVR, did the loan glitch once and he went from 80 to 88 OVR after one loan. CRAZY! 3

@v1xen013 years agoI did this last fifa with ajax and players got to a higher rating than their potential like haller was 91 kudus was 93 antony was 92 and gravenberch was 91. And i learned this from you career mode legend 🐐 4

@troysimanjuntak2333 years agoI did this and the potential still saying at the club since... However, overall and value have increased significantly. Since potential hasn't changed tho, and the player has already peaked prior to this, I still can't do anything to improve his stats. Player is still only 21. ...5

@i.o9572 years agoOnce i got a value increase of 231% and +5 overall on a player from the youth academy doing this. I got him from the academy at 71, and he grew to 82 in that season after playing him constantly and after another loan in the winter that increased his value and ovr +2. At the end of the season i had a 16 17 year old with 83 ovr in the romanian league, by far the best player in the league. I do this a lot if i like a player and he has good traits but not such high potential. Found out that it works best in terms of value and ovr increase the younger they are. ...1

@Lucas-wt4oq3 years agoI’ve been trying this out, had varied results and usually takes a reset or 2 to get desired outcome but it works. Probably a dumb question but I was wondering if this works when loan offers are loan to buy? I wouldn’t wanna boost someone’s potential just for them to leave on the cheap lol ...

@kenokiehne63462 years agoCompletely unrelated just looking for help, my players dissapeared in fifa 22 career mode after loaning them out on a year or two loan. they were on five year contracts so their contracts didn’t expire, I found two players in free agency but I lost up to 5-6 prospects and can’t find them anywhere. They literally just disappeared can anybody help with an answer for this? ...

@HalfdanMCMX2 years agoThis doesn't work for me at all. Have they nerfed it? I tried it on 4 players in Man U. Diallo, Pellistri, Garner and Mengi. All under 21. I managed to raise the overall rating on Pellistri and Mengi by 1 point, while their status remain unchanged (Exciting Prospect and Great Potential). Meanwhile Diallo and Garner refused to both change potential and status. IE: None of the players potentials changed and the overall only went up by 1 point. I tried this a billion times. and most of the time the overall just went down. ...1
