I use cuticle oil to massage, I got some vitamin e capsules, and I started drinking lots more water! week one I saw some growth, my nails were a lot stronger. week two even more growth. 1.) massage your cuticles throughout the day(don’t push too hard on them)
2.) drink enough water and eat balanced foods
3.)massage vitamin e (capsules work) on your nails + cuticles
4.)if you go get your nails done ask your nail tech to put acrylic powder (or gel if they don’t have any) on your nails before they put actual nail polish on them, it helps strength the nails ... 2927

@tolu58592 years ago tip for you! focus more on the hand you use less: I'm right handed but my left nails are much longer than my right, and they're uniform and I havent needed to cut it because i basically left it alone to grow 8

But if you are a person like me who had eggshells nails witch means that they would break very easy and can easily bend them, here a product that might help. My sister is a dermatologist and she recommended a product that you have to apply every day 2-4 time a day and be patient (It takes 6 months to see the results) later you can see how your nail is getting stronger and long) please trust the process, my nails where thin and bendable, but after this video and the nail product you will see the strong, natural nails.

@MangoWifi8317 months ago I put Vaseline on my nails in the morning and at night. It really helps with growth and it also keeps the skin around your nails moisturized and soft. It also strengthens your nails! Once i got lazy and forgot to put it on, my nails got weaker and more bendable. Idk why, but Vaseline works like magic. ✨ ... 5

Perhaps this has nothing to do with the subject of the video, but the teachers of my school are intrusive and they forbid makeup (but despite that I wear light makeup) And long and colored nails, although this is not a violation! They just want to prevent teenage girls from enjoying their adolescence, and once upon a time they forced me to cut my nails even though they are not long at all! They did not even go beyond the flesh of my fingers.... How do I act? My family wouldn't really give a damn, but my school teachers are really provocative, and they also make some surprise days when they check girls' nails and sometimes their makeup.
