Here are the Ingredients for 6 rolls:
1¼ (1.25) cups almond flour
20 grams psyllium fiber/ psyllium husk or 5 tsp
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup boiling water (Dough should not be too watery to form a bread)
3 egg whites
*** You can add sweetener if you want your bread sweet :)
NOTE: I used a total of 20 grams psyllium fiber/ psyllium husk (One teaspoon equals 4 grams of psyllium). Therefore the recipe requires 5 teaspoon of psyllium fiber/husk.
Also, in this recipe I only use 2 teaspoons baking powder.
TIPS:
**Don't forget to pre-heat your oven for 10-15 minutes at 175 C or 347 F (depending on your oven's manual instruction)
**Bake for 45 minutes at 175 C or 347 F
NOTE: My oven is only 19 liters
There might be some slight changes if you are using a bigger oven.
FYI: Smaller ovens tend to cook food faster than larger ones. It is still recommended that you follow instructions; however, a smaller oven will cook a little faster because the food is closer to the heating elements of the oven.
With the ingredients I used, 1 out of 6 rolls had the following macros:
Protein: 9.33 grams
Net Carbs: 4grams
Fat: 11.86gr
