EASY OVERNIGHT OATS for weight loss and optimal health 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2-3 drops of liquid stevia 1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1/3 cup chopped strawberries fresh or frozen Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar or bowl, mixing until everything is well incorporated (be sure to stir in the peanut butter to be sure it thoroughly mixes through all of the oats). Pop on the lid or cover, and place in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours and preferably overnight until your oats are cold and creamy. Top with extra strawberries and peanut butter, if desired, and enjoy. Notes Overnight oats will keep fresh in the fridge for up to about 4 to 5 days. Give them a good stir and add a splash of almond milk, if they’ve been sitting for a couple of days.
